I’m a native Californian and have lived in the northern San Fernando Valley for my whole life. This is also where my husband, an Army veteran, and I raised our five children.
I left professional life in 1990 to focus more intently on raising and homeschooling our children. As the years passed, my accomplishments came to include founding and administrating a homeschool academy as well as a Neighborhood Watch chapter in our community. In 2011, I volunteered to serve in a leadership role with the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corp as the Administrative Officer of a unit in Sherman Oaks. I eventually worked my way up to the rank of Lieutenant JG, 2nd in Command.
As our children began to leave home for the military, marriage, and careers, I decided it was time to return to the workforce and Real Estate seemed the perfect fit for my abilities and interests. My desire to help others along with my organizational and management skills made me a successful and highly sought-after agent among sellers and buyers who need a detail-oriented professional to guide them through the real estate transaction. As an educator, I make sure my clients understand each and every facet of the real estate transaction before, during and after the sale. Well aware of the fact that questions regarding the sale arise even after the move, I keep the communication open long after the boxes are unpacked.
I specialize in military relocation, first-time home buying, and I am a certified expert buyer’s agent. I am licensed with the California Department of Housing and Community Development to build new manufactured homes and found my niche in the resale market for manufactured homes in mobile home parks.

Trust isn't won by words, it's earned by action. It is important for me to hear about why my clients need to sell or buy...what is their motivation? - if it's purely money - well, that's easy! But not all real estate transactions are about money. Families are raised in homes. As a fact of life, love is made and love is lost in homes. As a Realtor, it is our job to hear what is going on and be sensitive to our clients and their circumstances. No two situations are the same. Some clients need their transactions to close quietly and others want to shout it out from their new roof tops! I can do both! I hear you! Your life and your real estate transaction should be about YOU not my commission.
The home buying process stays with you for a long time... I still remember my first home. I liked my agent, but she didn't understand all our needs. My husband was clear on our budget but she showed us homes that were just above our budget hoping we would or could pull a bit more money in. We couldn't. This left us frustrated. Me crying over the dream house I wanted and my husband trying to explain Economics 101 to a new mom who was looking for more room in a safe neighborhood. Eventually, we were matched to our perfect home, but it left a sour taste in our mouths. Now 28 years later, it is one of those experiences I avoid with my clients. That experience and several others from buying and selling my own homes prior to being a real estate agent. My goal is to listen first, and if possible, take what I have hear and use my experience to give you, my client, a home buying or selling transaction that is as seamless as possible... perhaps even, joyful!
